how to improve in poor environment ? carries team always or poor support , ppl don even know their roles and lane properly ..

I have a smurf to but I don't use it since I achieve nothing from it, Yeah i got it to have a few VHS games when I started off in normal skill, now I just need to get this account to high skill which I am doing
well i have many "smurfs" played dota about 1 year never played this kind of games before went from 900mmr to 3.3k mmr. now its time for learn earth spirit new smurf :)

how ppl can keep 80++ % winning in normal skill bracket ...does it affect mmr? im like 45% wr in vhs now (i know its terrible,how bad luck am i ><), it should be easy to get 80%+ wr in normal skill but how to maintain in that bracket? i nvr play a single high skill game .. 3 games in normal then all in vhs and team retard most of the time , no teamwork n communication at all ...always throw the game even having huge lead early game .
