I have less than 2.5 k mmr but I think I am above my mmr grouping because i calibrated wayyyy back before reborn. I play pos 3 most of the time. http://steamcommunity.com/id/FeQ/

Myself and a friend are creating a team of people above 2.5k mmr. This will be a serious team that should play about 2-3 games daily , more if the team members have the time. This team does have ambitions, if you do not take the game seriously and have no wish to take part in amature tournaments, please ignore this post. The requirements are listed below.
.You must be able to play on us east without considerable lag
.You must have a microphone and speak fluent english
.You must be able to play dota at LEAST 2 hours a day from 3-8pm
.You must understand that this roster is still new and may change quickly and seemingly randomly
.You should be above 2.5k mmr unless you can prove that your skill is above your mmr grouping
.You must leave a post on this thread telling me your steam username, and your preferred roles.
