Okay this is bullshit.
If you guys are in the dark, Look up any WTFU videos by Angry Joe, Lost Pause, or Nostalgia Critic.
If you're not in the dark, Youtube is fucking everyone who is making videos on youtube. TFS and Lost Pause were two channels that were taken down and can't make any more videos. (TFS got theirs back, but Lost Pause didn't.) People who make videos like Pewdiepie and Markiplier are also in danger.
Seriously, the Fair Use needs to be fair. Not to the point where you can get flagged for a 1 second Audio clip in a 20 minute video and lose all of your rights to that video and have your video and/or your channel taken down.
