In any case you wont be able to find a new game until it finishes reconnecting to the coordinator so there is no reason to abandon the game.

Basically I just finished a game, we won, and this is what I saw after the match ended.

When that shows, even if the match ended, even if you won, you keep hitting reconnect, but nothing happens right? Cause the match is over after all. So what's your only option? To hit abandon, and leave the game so you can search for a new one? Well don't, just let the system reconnect to the coordinator by itself, DON'T ABANDON, half of the time you'll get low pro for no reason, OR you'll get that 10 waiting penalty for no reason. There ya go.
