It usually shows at least 100 more ping on the play button than I actually have on the server. You can just make a lobby and set Location to the server and see what you have in-game.
when u watch it only shows the ping from the server to u.
when u play it shows the ping from the server to u and back. (hence its usually higher like dbl)

So is the ping in the play tab right or nah? Since im getting an ok ping (like a steady 100 ping) when I am watching some EU dota, will the ping stay the same if I play on those server? Because in play tab im getting 200ping. Or is playing and watching ping different?
