China is the best server because of its pristine homogeneity. Basically everyone speaks Chinese there, thinks like Chinese, so everybody plays in Chinese fashion. Flame wars are rather rare. If someone feeds, they just accept it. And finish the game with no hard feelings. Its because regard DoTA as a discipline, so most pubs there are rather peaceful. Not to mention, very competitive.
Other servers are shit simply because its simply a diverse bunch of people, coming from different races and walks of life, with different perspectives to DoTA as a game. If you are this serious tryhard and see this shitty teenager goofing up your pub, you will obviously get mad because that teenager, on the other sidee, does not see DoTA as seriously as you do.
I don't believe SEA is the worst server in the world. Nor does US East or wherever shit you want to mention. Its just how you see people.

And Ive heard many people say that SEA is a horrible server also and I was just wonder which server was worse. SEA or US EAST
