for me it says 110 and then in game it's jumping from 150 to 250

SEA Server always like that, sometimes, 8/10 players gets disconnected ingame, then suddenly it says that "Poor Network Detected, No Stats Will be Recorded" (-_-)
i once played venge on SEA, had over 450 ping and my hero would move in like 3-4 seconds after i issued an action
not even kappa 
i once played templarka on russia, had over 600 ping, but i still can dodge pudge hooks from low ground.
is it just me or russkiys are no good hookers?
y do russkiys love playing pudge? do people just love him as a compliment to vodka?
