if ur trying to kill him pick shit like rupture and mana leak, otherwise long long stuns. if he decides to rat you need to be able to kill him or trade buildings (unlikely)
Best way to deal with lycan is to dual lane him honestly. Similar to how you deal with huskar early on. Later on you gotta push the lanes at all times and accept that you will lose towers.
(side note: whoever says "they pick lycan" will get shot in the leg and get their mmr assassinated)
