last time i had it i just restarted the computer out of anger and it miraculously helped

yesterday a woman hit my car and ran away... I couldnt catch her cuz i was stuck btw 2 cars in traffic, she surpassed on the right side and hit me forcing my car to turn left.
Also, I keep losing MMR, I tried to diversify strategy but it seems every hero I enjoy is shit, and I am shitty too, so its not really a win-win situation...
