I buy cheap 5k accounts and play them to 6k or buy direcly cheap 6k accounts and sell them more expensive. Easiest way to make sum ez bucks.
If you create accounts from scratch and level them to 13+ play them to 6k and them sell em, then you waste way more time by gaining less cash (when we look at time per $$), since in that time you can actually buy a lot of cheap accounts, play them up and sell em. I usually only buy accounts without transactions and with original e-mail.
