Isnt offlane seeker a thing before his rework?

Everyone agrees that Blood Cyka is strong this patch

how is he a good offlaner? i feel like hes abit like huskar / viper offlane, he has super strong presence 1v1 or even 1v2, but put a proper trilane, or even just something with decent kill potential and hes aboard the feed train

he will probably wreck with a strong +1 like ud lesh though

He is not a good offlaner, he is simply broken :)

paired with some other shit he is strong.

all he needs is lvl 6 and amp the shit out of everyone - wuteva lane.
