Try disabling those "steamwebhelper.exe" processes (leave one or two smallest ones remaining). I've been doing it every time before entering a game for a year or so. It's probably gotten even worse now with Compendium and stuff...

Anyone else has this problem? Dota starts becoming a slideshow, annoying to play.
First it was only the tinker immortal. Then brood spiderlings +Tombstone now like every third teamfight I have big fps drops. Anyone knows what is causing this?
