Its not possible to win with playing casual and picking instant heroes like Sf only way to win is picking meta heroes every single game because everyone is tryharding with Es,Axe,Troll,Jugger in opposite teams

i went from 4500 (late november 2014) to 5500 (january 3rd 2015), so yea its possible
