i was told that qw was easier the qe but it dsnt feel like that to me

agree with unit, my personal experience tells me that e q build is easier.
btw atm most meta build is via forge spirits, 4-0-4-1 on lvl9

I'm not an expert invo, but I hate seeing invokers not going QW EMP build against wraith king, morph and dusa. Manaburn is good against some heroes with strong ultimates, but bad mana pool as well (you can deny stuff like ravage, echo slam and even chronosphere if the void doesnt go aghs).

I love qw invokers in general. It's so nice to have tornado emp initiations or tornado counter-initiation.

You can read grimorums guides, it's pretty good. I think starting with QW is easier :) just don't go for those refresher combos, most of the time it's not that good.

If you are just starting out try the QE (forged spirtits + coldsnap), biggest killing potential huge dmg output easy to play hard to master.
QW is a teamfight oriented build, difficult to play in lane beast in teamfights (good vs low mana pool heros). Extremly easy to fuck over your whole team though with a bad tornado especially in the beginning. Its good for getting assists and huge teamfight control but lacks dmg.
WE is a build when you are most likely underestiamating your enemies. Biggest burst potential (Meatball -> Sunstrike) but 0 control requires Euls to do a combo which is quite easy to interrupt if there is more than 1 enemy near you. Its OK vs very squisy targets but overall extremly lackluster and you rely completly on your teammates for lockdown

QE is way easier… Just remember to use deafening blast

Invoker is possibly the slowest hero in the game. If you go Quas Exort, not only ur gonna be ganked constantly with no surivability, and extreme slow movement speed. Quas Exort is just trash..brings nothing to the table in terms of teamfight... unless you have like void in your team....... like people say Quas Exort is good for heroes like Viper, Od... but theyr gonna trash you in lane regardless.

qw = high speed invoker huge disable potential very long tornado + high survivability and fewer spells

eq = high dmg nice regen , low movement , extreme nuke combo for low skill enemies( suggested) ( eul ss meteor blast ) i dont suggest this btw.. cause it costs too much mana for 1 kill and long cd of meteor.. also its dodgeable with force staff or enemy eul. also eq more spells

It depends on your play style I reckon, QE is a split pusher mainly with 4041 and 4141 being his strong timings (double forge spirit), getting a necro book with this is damn good and just going full rat. QW is a team fighter with tornado emp and a ganker with qqwalk, orchid, alacrity and coldsnap... I can see why people like QW, but I'm a dirty rat.

exort is generally easier due to the pickoff potential in the noob combo (euls/sunstrike/metoer/deaf blast)
