Chris doesn't play Ursa anymore or stack in the same way he used to awhile ago, in fact I have his ursa set with all the gems and am keeping it for name sake.
Great, just had some game ruined by intentional feeder running up the mid to "end fast"
Now all these morons are lumped into the same mode as everyone else
this is better
16 lpq games = u have to queue 5-10 min for ardm and 3-5 min for coop bot
all together in one mode = faster games

If you could all go to the enemy fountain to feed as fast as possible in ARDM, why can't you just do the same for AR? Feed the hero with the highest push potential and roll.

Ok so here is the deal:
- Players in Low Priority are only allowed to play All Random games (Coop bot games are also no longer allowed)
- Maximum Low Priority penalty reduced from 16 to 5 games
- Reduced the rate that reports become available by 50%
I was absolutely pissed about the changes when i first heard them, but lower the maximum to 5 seems like a reasonable way to go.
