go to there dotabuff find the game, copy match id, go to dota click watch, games and type in the match id and watch.
I'm not sure where to type in the match ID.. I see like "live games' "recent games" "downloaded", etc..

Sorry for the noob question, but I'm terrible so what do you expect?
I want to be able to watch other people's replays, but I'm not sure how. Do you have to be friends with them on steam?
For example, Matrice's Terroblade and Havoc's Axe.. I'm trying to get better at those heroes and I would love to be able to watch players who have a good knowledge of them.
