either drums/vg/urn before radiance. mby even treads and still radi pre 20.
edit: very fast summed up sry... skill desolate btw (usually after dagger but whatever suits your style), don't skill refraction early, low hp and its % base so its a waste.
and i usually end up buying a casual ring of health 875
i find phase + urn + radiance to be a really good build. Drums give no regen ... so its a bad item
ok so don't rush radiance get some cheep items first so you don't ger rekt in fights, then go for it. usually people get stout and QB in lane then make powers or phase, followed by drum or vanguard before getting radiance. some people also do stuff like PMS+urn instead of drum/vanguard. after radiance people usually go for diffusal + manta + HOT/eye/crimson not necessarily in that order and then eventually get refresher.
for skill build you should max dagger or desolate first then max the other, personally I think its worth it to take one early rank in dispersion since the first rank gives you a full 10% damage reflected and ranks 2-4 only give you an additional 4% per rank.
OoV can be really nice on her early too. if you are getting destroyed you can go for defusal before radiance just so your ult does some damage.
qb stout tangos > boots > urn > pt > vanguard > diffusal > manta
regarding skill build , max desolate then spectral dagger before skilling damage return
Based on my spec games, my core is always threads, vg, diffusal 2. I dont get rad. I like to be very active mid game.
There is not default build for spec, it all depends on your game, who is carrying your team, do you have time to farm up radiance or not. I mean the most effective end game spec build includes radiance. If you have radiance, diffusal and refresher you can kill all enemy supports with two ults.
So if you are getting easy free farm in lane go your boots first then feel free to go radiance. Urn or aquila in there is fine too.
For skills you definitely want 1 in dispersion. Not your first point, but maybe your 2nd or 3rd because 10% of your total hp back is a big deal. After that it's your call. But dagger and desolate won't help you farm at all. Disperision is better than nothing. I actually level all her skills equally to 2/2/2/1 since none stand out as extremely good, then decide which to max. For mid game I actually really like going boots, maybe aquila, then yasha. Yasha is super easy to build and a great farming item on an agi carry (especially since you aren't really able to go mask or maelstrom, the other cheap farming items) and builds right into your manta. Then diffisual is quite easy to build from there if going for that.
A skadi based spec is also super strong but you will sacrifice diffusal. With skadi, radiance and a heart you will live a long time, sacrifice some straight up dmg but but unkillable and that lets your radiance and dispersion wear people down. Butterfly is really good on her too, it's good for any illusion based hero cus of all the agi.
PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
NEVER BUILD FUCKING
VANGUARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I RATHER U FUCKING GO MEK SPECTER INSTEAD OMFG
HERE IS RLLY GOOD BUILD THAT WILL RAPE.
PHASE/ URN/ DRUMS / MANTA DIFFUZALZZ/ BKB / HEARTH / BUTTERFLY GG
Tried out phase -> urn -> radiance it's pretty good. Urn heals you and is op anyways, might try out urn + basilius or aquila for extra mana regen so I never have to go back to base

we won eventhough graph wasnt on our side ;D
43K HD spec is niec
you can still go skadi and diffusal. diffusal is mainly for your illusions, the mana burn on your main hero doesn't make much of a difference, while the skadi slow means you (and your possible manta illusions if you get it) dont get kited, resulting in more dps than if your hero burnt an extra 25 mana per attack.
by positioning your items in such a way that your (haunt) illusions have the feedback uam and your main hero has the cold attack which saves you using diffusal charges.
Radiance, manta, diffusal [2], heart, treads/phase/travels, butterfly.
The vanguard is especially effective against illusion heroes. Not many people realize Spectre is a carry that in many ways counters PL and Naga. Their illusions do almost no damage to you, and the hero will only widdle down their own health by focusing you.
Vanguard isn't bad at all, it gives you regen and sustain while fighting. If you go vanguard and radiance it's fine because you want to live as long as possible to let radiance do as much damage as possible.
I might try the diffusal skadi build. I love the skadi build but rushing it sucks. Maybe go treads, aquila, yasha, diffusal, skadi. That should be doable in 35 mins.
VANGAURD ISNT BAD AT ALL ITS JUST U CANT BUILD IT INTO HEARTH U WILL NEED TO SELL IT LATE GAME AND DRUMS IS WAY BETTER, OR BLADMAIL, OR YASHA, OR MEK, OR ANY ITEM PRUTTY MUCH.
None of those other items give you regen to stay in lane except mek and mek has high mana cost so I don't like it on spec. Late game you sell it, so what? If you have boots, tp, vanguard, that's still three slots for a radiance/manta/heart/skadi/diffusal whatever. If you get vanguard, radiance, manta, diffusal, game is probably won by that point. Otherwise you probably won't have farm to get all that anyway.
Vanguard:
80% chance to reduce 40 damage, therefore an average of 32 damage reduced per hit.
+250hp
+6hp regen
Builds into: Crimson Guard
Drum
+171hp
+1.x armour = ~ 3% physical damage reduction early-mid game
+12 damage
+117 mana
+5(10)% movement + attack speed
Builds into: Nothing, only 375 gold cheaper than vanguard.
I prefer vanguard over drums honestly, I guess if you are doing the max dagger, early pick offs build, drums would be a good idea. Vanguard + dispersion isn't something to be taken lightly though.
edit: posted too early ^
Mekansm (for comparisons sake)
+7 armour, therefore in early-mid game, about 17% physical damage reduction on Spectre, 17 - 34 damage reduced per hit from damage sources 100 - 200 physical damage
+250hp (essentially)
+4hp regen
Builds into: Nothing
dont need regen in lane like that, if u rlly need it that bad, u go for urn, cheap and good, of u go rad after vanguard lel nice timing u already lost. spec this meta dsnt just farm and stay back, she phaseboots and kills heroes early. phase, urn, drums rlly strong.

I decided to play spec and realised i didnt even know a basic build.
