Maelstrom seems more viable on Weaver after the patch. I've even seen some pros build it, although it hasn't had a ton of success.
Vanguard, on the other hand, not so good.
Germinate can now proc maelstrom right? I'd still probably go for dmg over attack speed since germinate is a static cooldown.
Are you trying to say that his itembuild sucks? How is that even relavant, you didn't do shit compared to him.
