either - player pool is small and there are only higher skilled players to get matched with you
or your hidden mmr has risen to the value where the game consideres you to be in the vh bracket. which isn't impossible considering you have so many unranked matches and you have a winrate that is above 50%, eventually your hidden mmr will rise.
