Do the necronomicon or refresher orb cd reset with the tinker ult?

it has always been legit lol
but after BoT, not before

tinker ult doesnt refresh necro, refresher does
and no refresher doesnt refresh, but why would u need that

Once upon a time tinker was refreshing midas with his ult. But it was loooong ago if i am not mistaken. Still i might be making a huge mistake too though. And got erased out of the game.

Only reason rearm doesn't refresh refresher is because refresher refreshes necro and midas.
