The SEA replay servers are currently experiencing issues causing a large number of replays never become available. This prevents TrueSight from being able to download and analyze your matches if you play on SEA (which it appears you do).
We've inquired with the organization that runs these servers to let them know of the issue, but don't currently have an ETA on a fix. Sorry for the trouble here, we're doing everything we can but ultimately it's somewhat out of our hands.
