1. Maybe play heroes that you feel comfortable with and don't flame your teammates, just ignore them, mute them if you don't like what they say.

1. You get easy mmr by being better than the guys in your already bracket.

<2.9k mmr is heaven. why do you want higher mmr????

Lets start with number one here. You are basically blaming a race for your inability to go up in rank, and I can assure you this is not the case. Lets take any number of people here who are sitting at 4000 up to even 6000+ MMR. Do you think they get less Russians in their games than you do?

No, the problem is you, the problem is your inablity to excel above you peers in a bracket where you are simply another spec of dirt in a vast wasteland of 3K players. You are not some kind of special snowflake who is being cheated by Valve out of your (obviously) under-calibrated 6K account. I should know as well, I have been in your bracket. I coach people and after a time they pull themselves out because they firstly accept that they are the issue and the reason they are not winning.

Having 2000hours doesn't mean you're better than the guys in your bracket.

The guys with 600 in your games probably learn faster than you, or they've played with several accounts. WC3, or another dota-like game.

Experience/knowledge does come with playtime, however you probably having more knowledge than your team-mates doesn't mean you're better than them.

Just keep in mind Execution>Knowledge.

You need knowledge to execute, but if you have lot of knowledge that you fail to execute, that knowledge is kinda worthless.
