Best nerf to rat Naga is non-retarded people who knows how to deal with it.
Actually that sounds really good. Being a naga player, Whenever I'm in trouble I just ult and TP away.
Doing that will actually make sense, but most people will still kill you.
Fact, any holder of bkb will get you regardless if you're running away
Naga really isn't an issue. She can be annoying as hell to deal but is in no way excessively hard to deal with and having her rat keeps her out of the fights and just make sure you have a TP on you when she is nearing the tower, always make sure the mid or the carry TP's back though cause if you TP in as a support there will be nothing you can do and you will risk dying and weakening any pushes going on in the other lanes.
BKB's stop song and radiance damage so is very effective as a pick up vs a naga, also shutting her down early helps as they will always try for the radiance so the more you kill and gank the longer it will take buying you time for your carries and you to push and farm up effectively closing the gaps that make naga harder to deal with.
I can't play Naga because her voice drills in my head.

I think some of you guys missed the point, if they had a way to nerf her rat potential with out making her worse at anything else, then they could buff other parts of the hero.
