General DiscussionSkill Brackets?

it's only shown when the match is certain that it is in certain bracket.

I think everyone at 3800+ and upward is placed at very high bracket

and how can it be very clear?

well I don't know how they categorize the skill bracket but
you can find replays for specific skill brackets in dota2
well in my opinion, mmr and skill bracket doesn't really tell much
except that you can play one hero good enough when there are hundreds of different kind of heroes.
