^it's accurate as a measure of the average skill of every player, not individual players in the match.
lets say you have 5 players in vh bracket and 5 plays in normal bracket in 1 match, the game will be listed as high.
best way to figure out is to see where you normally are. if most of your games are in vh, then you are a vh player
My friend at 3400 is considered "high skilled" by dotabuff. Ridiculous.
I think these numbers were used by Valve when skill brackets were visible ingame.
We have this list:
5% 1100
10% 1500
25% 2000
50% 2250
75% 2731
90% 3200
95% 3900
99% 4100
If these numbers are correct, why do we need a bracket for 90-95% only? To know when we're "close to very high"?
Although they also said ranked scores were higher. Id say add like 250-500 to every bracket listed above for ranked scores

Average of each team was ~3700. One 4k and one 3.3k on each team.
I am 3749 and apparently i'm in the Very High bracket.

I haven't played games in a few days but I've noticed that some of my friends recent games display high, veryhigh, under skill bracket when you look at the game page from dotabuff
