Totally forgot this thread. I don't go thru the whole dotabuff archive though.
I'd be happy if you could close this thread Melody 2k14 w-mod)

Thumb mouse button allows you to speak in captains draft/mode instead of typing like a intelli mouse 350 god tier guy. I think that mouse chart is off.
I have the Vengeance M90 and I dislike it.
Does any of those mices have very soft buttons? Like very easy to click on. I'd like to have a mouse with good quality yet very soft "clickbuttons".
No experience, I used to rebuy my G9x over and over.
I use Razer Mamba (before you jump the gun - It was a birthday gift a year ago) and I find it pretty decent. It does have some features I really appreciate (synapse is really good if you go to Computer Clubs often). But otherwise - a very overpriced/mediocre mouse. Looks cool though)
If I had to buy a mouse right now I'd go for Razer Hex (im not working for them...). I've played around with it in a couple of Computer Clubs/ in the Shop - 4/6 buttons on the side are very usable. The other two are okay-ish. The biggest thing for me though was how small it is. I have somewhat small hands and Mamba in it feels unnecessarily bulky. Hex's curves are a perfect fit.
Over the last 6 years or so I've used MX518 and G-something ( a rework of MX518) and they are really good in terms of value.
I've also had Sidewinter X9 (another "stupid tier" mouse) and found it rather decent. The top down side button placement is just so superior to front/back one.
If I had to give a single advice: get yourself to the shop and touch these mice. You need one that fits your hand well.
The MX518 is basically a g400 or g400s so don't know why their separated, also probably the best mouse you can own.
don't buy the G5 ever, I made that mistake once.......once
its amazing how i manage to play for about 2 months now with a small 6€ mouse (brand: "Trust" fucking shit, trust me) after my logitechg9x broke (after 3 years of use).
now im unsure which one to buy, those simple steelseries mice look comfortable
friend suggests me to buy the new logitech g400s
what do

G400s 100% it is literally the best mouse you will ever own.
My mouse progression.
MX510 / G5 / Mx518 / MX518 (newer edition) / G400s #noregretsexceptfortheg5
Thumbs up on razor trash. Its better than my old serial to ps/2 roller ball mouse. I had to pick lint off the rollers before, and now i dont!
I have X7 too, but old one from 2008, still working after 6 years of heavy use
so my next one gonna be another X7 for sure, cheap and reliable
Steel series fits my hand better than razr but my daughter threw my steel series on the ground and now the buttons are screwed up =(

yh.
Mouse need to have buttons that's easy to pull down (no struggle pressing fast, ygi)
Preferably not more than 2 buttons on the side. (Current has 9, and they're not being in use as they are too hard to pull down anyway. Not comfortable)
Logitech G9x was a mouse I highly loved. Sad they're not being produced anymore.
I'd rather ask you than doing the "research" myself. I bet you're experienced with such!
Thanks.
