i pause all the time when im about to die to think what im going to buy/put items on quick buy
i never do tactical pauses, but i pause when im about to die or getting ganked so my brown/orange/dark green/yellow can tp and fucking help me for once

What can you do against that?
I just played a game against this legion commander that would not shut up in all chat, and paused when she was ganked. In fact, they paused the game when mirana hit a game winning arrow on legion to strategize.
Literally made me sick that you can do this and escape punishment.
