FYI you should include which region you are in, what time you can play, what role u playing and what heroes you feel confident playing.

Because you are wayyy too new and inexperienced to be trying to get into the competitive scene. Before finding a team, try playing another ~250 games. Try playing in a league like dota2league and IXDL for the competitive experience, because in your tier of pubs, you won't be tasting anything close to competitive dota. Also, getting 35 kills against a bunch of noobs as a low tier pub stomper does not make you good.
Also playing Riki, Bloodseeker, Drow ranger etc won't make you a better player, no matter how many kills you get

Really, first concentrare on a role and pick good heroes, no noob shit.
good carrys are dk, luna, antimage... but not sniper and riki...
