this guy smurfed and played wisp, he is top #1 wisp but he disappeared from the list because it's inactive now
he basically smurfed every match vs noobs and ended up #1, how does this exactly work? i'm not saying its bad or anything because his wisp is legit and top 5 eu but im more curious about how hero performance is calculated.
is it only winrate and kda?

is it based on kda or your opponents? or simply winrate?
in scenarios like these, who would have the highest hero performance?
scenario 1: low kda and high winrate
scenario 2: high kda and low winrate
scenario 3: high kda and high winrate
scenario 4: low kda and low winrate but good opponents that you beat
