According to the wiki skeleton walk has 0.6 seconds fade time.
Also, just because no one has a sentry in their inventory RIGHT NOW, doesn't mean they didn't had one a few seconds ago.
More importantly, since the match is recent you can download the replay and check for yourself what the oter team / riki were doing.

Definitely bloodseeker passive buff
Have a look here, 3rd skill : http://dotabuff.com/heroes/bloodseeker
It was bloodseeker.
You can check his spells here : http://dotabuff.com/heroes/bloodseeker
Bloodseeker 3. spell don`t see 50% < invi units at 6.79 patch. At 6.78 was 40% and less hp bs see + also invis. New patch just see ppl 50% < with all range of the map but not see invi units. Don`t give this guy false answer please.
@bogidoto
Invis units are revealed when their hp is under half of the regular thirst threshold. Idiot.
Regards Bloodseeker main.
Sentry, Dust, Gem, Bloodseeker, or BH Track
Maybe u got the 2 lasts if u know Riki doesn't bring Dust or Gem
But bloodseeker now is very useful hero to track low health enemy since his 3rd skill have range of map
LOL Mipsu hard nub. I was talking about you can`t see invi like it was at 6.78 you see on minimap but you can`t atack.

Hey guys,
MatchID: 407968573
I recently played a (terrible) game as Clinkz. There were a couple of moments during this game where I couldn't for the life of me understand how I was detected during skeleton walk. In particular, riki ended up blink striking on top of me for a kill at about 14:20-14:40. I checked items and there was no dust, no sentries, no gem.
Am I missing something? Does skeleton walk have a fade time? I don't usually play invis heroes so I might be missing something obvious.
Thanks.
