I play @ SEA too and I definitely have an idea of what you're talking about.
Every country has their own bad/good players. Valve's MM system is working as it should. It's either you're luck fails or you're as bad as the players you're blaming.

i understand you, i play in SA and i get mad lots of times, but see: sometimes you suck, sometimes your teamates suck and sometimes the other team is simply better than yours...
changing server wont change so much your joy, there are noobs everywhere. i think its a matter of luck if you get good players in your team or in the opposite team, but YOU have to do the difference ;)

Everyone you mentioned there is a country located in SEA. And besides, playing on other servers does not rid you with noobs/idiots. It only gives you another variety to play with.
Plus, if I can remember correctly, wtfast only reroutes packets or the route your isp takes to the designated server. You won't be able to get like 5 ping to any server in the world, that's just impossible. If you're in asia, you'll probably get 200-300 ping at the least to those servers. It won't matter if you have wtfast or not.
Wtfast only helps if your isp reroutes you to a server farther away from your destination.
the truth is every community will blame the minority for their bad games, given that the minority speaks a different language. in a game like this, its inevitable. it will happen because people will point finger for bad games and the easiest one to blame are the ones who can't talk back.

^ Wrong. Most people (read: retards) blame the ones who don't speak english. You've all had that game where the other team has a player typing in all-chat: "My team is full of foreigners! It's impossible to win", failing to notice that in that particular game HE's the foreigner who can't communicate (doesn't even try) with the rest of his team.
^that's basically what Zenoth is pointing out. He just coined the term "minority" while you used "foreigner.
Ex: A singaporean player gets teamed up w/ 4 indonesians, they (indo majority) will probably communicate in their native language making it hard for the singaporean(minority/foreigner) to respond to calls for gank by the indo guys. Missed timing, game loss, 4 ID blames the 1 SG guy.
Similar points. minority & language barrier issues.
Even if you play on EU/US you will get brazilian and russian.

i tried, eu servers without wtfast is 350ms, with wtfast i get roughly 180~200ms
which is a huge improvement.
