there's an option to update your match history in your profile, don't know exactly where though

I have seen a member of the staff helping people.

When were the missing matches played? We can only see your last 500 matches played - if you played more than 500 matches before enabling statistics then we won't be able to retrieve them.

Can you try to refresh my matches like in that huge thread?
Your screenshot includes 454 *wins*, not total matches played.
The "Update Match History" button on the FAQ page does the same thing as I would do.

And I just clicked that button!
Point is in DOTABUFF I am 427 - 425 while reality is I have more losses than wins(454 - 455)
