If you play as solo, Always counter pick
If you play with stack, always tryhard.
If you want to experiment, always use your second account.
Try to find a hero whose gameplay is perfect for you and try to master that hero. Mastery in just 3 heroes is better than mediocrity in all heroes.
Pick heroes appropriately
You have recently played lots of games on heroes you are bad at using. Kunka, for instance, is failing you.
Play Troll, Axe, DS, SB, Tide, Zues, Sven, Skeleton King, LD, DP...these are your major winning heroes. Together they are +100 wins.
Please stay in normal brackets! No point going to high or very high brackets if your gonna feed
I agree, why keep playing heroes you always lose with? It may be you're not even bad with the hero, but that you're picking said hero at bad times. If you pick kunka 15 times in a row it's unlikely all those 15 teams benefited most by having a kunka vs some other carry or support. For instance my win rate with bounty is only 47% and a lot of that is cus I'm an average bounty player but a lot of it is also because bounty requires a specific team setup to play really well. He's a mid game ganker and a lot of pub matches aren't well setup for that.

My win advantage was always 60+ but it finally reach the negative win rate.
