Apparently yes, the anti-smurf does add some enormous amount of MMR to new accounts that get extremely high KDA in the first few games. Of course if that happens you end up playing against extremely good players until you lose enough to go back to a reasonable score.
But you lost the first game 1-5-1. Won the 2nd 30-4-2...that's smurfish...lost the next two with ordinary KDAs. So you were passed on to the normal progression of MMR.
The live pages are ordered by MMR. The top 34 pages are something like the top 1% to top 0.5% depending on how many games there are. But these are averages of the teams so you will move up and down a fair number of pages depending on how you stack.
If you compare them to team scores. http://dotabuff.com/teams. I find that players on the first 2 or 3 pages tend to be on teams that have at least scores over 4.5k tMMR. The top 34 live pages tend to run down to more like 3.5k MMR. If you search by hero you can get father down because even though only 17 pages are shown for each hero most games do not contain a given hero.
For a popular hero like pudge page 17 would be equivalent to page 58 of live pages overall. For an unpopular hero like Broodmother page 17 would be equivalent to page 500 of live pages overall. So if there is a Broodmother or a Chen in your game you might be able to find your game even if it is only in the top 15% of MMR this way.
Oh then what does it mean if my last game (where I played undying ) was page 16 out of 34pages. Is it still the antismurf system at work even after 100 games or am I suppose to be here? And I dont stack.
Take a look at the other players in the game. 7 with stats on...that is a sign of a high level game.

You can see you are probably matched to the +14 wins guy and are at the low end of MMR for the game. Overall the +411 wins guy brought the game up quite a bit. You didn't win this one...but if you can win games like this they are opportunities to gain a lot of points. If you can win games like this you will regularly end up on live pages. If not it will still happen sometimes because Valve puts 1k+ MMR ranges on the games.

The question above. And also if I get to top 34 pages does it mean I am good? Or will a smurf account like mine not get to top 34 pages by skill but by luck. I heard of players like Dendi playing against smurfs with only 1win. So those smurfs are in top 34pages?
