No Aghanim is not worth it on Puck.
The combo depends on what you are up against.

blink, euls,sheep,dagon for yolo, linkens are good choices.
and the combo sounds about right, im not a puck player though, i kinda hate that hero :'D
Random things:
Your damage and killing potential is often much reliant on how many physical hits you can get in, not just hitting spells. Orbwalk always. It is also often reliant on your allies. Getting a 5-man coil is useless if your allies can't follow through because they're way behind and don't have daggers.
Try not to overlap your silence with other disables if possible. You won't get two casts in one gank, so the damage will be the same even if you delay it by a second or two. But it may stop that Weaver from time lapsing after your ally's stun ends.
Don't waste your mobility (orb, jaunt, blink) unless you need to. If you can close in and get a kill without using blink, save it for later. You might need to escape. Don't waste phase shift either. Use it to dodge damage or save it to dodge damage and blink away when things get difficult. Also, being shifted means you won't get any rightclicks on.
You can control the location of the middle / edge of coil with the placement of the spell. If you have half a second to aim, don't just hit the enemy. Hit him so he can move only the minimal range before breaking the coil.
If you bottle and shift, you will keep healing while unattackable.
Treads, Bottle and Blink? You're good to go. Farm if you can't make plays happen at the moment anywhere on the map, otherwise I'd just forget about luxuries.
