Yes, I did get it after the patch, and it's very fucking annoying. I have an HD 7970.
It's like the game skips frames, although the fps stays at 60. I tried both the game's Vsync and external, problem still persists.

Happens to me sometimes, but it's because of my internet. When downloading stuff or buffing youtube.
Did you check if it's your net?
Yeah, i got no problems with internet... Also turning off vsync helps a bit, so probably it's not my internet.
I tested it in a Local server, and it's still there, so it's quite probably not the network.
External vsync is through MSI-Afterburner OSD, it's in the options as "Framerate Limit".
I used it to fix issues in Bioshock Infinite, but it didn't do much to help here.
Guess we'll have to wait for Volvo to fix their shit game.

After recent updates i got strange vidoe lags. If i hvae vsync on i have some strange behavior. My fps is still 60 (my pc is i5-4670+radeon HD 7870). But my hero moves with some lags (like step by step with a little delay). When i turn vsync off - it gets better but i'd like to have vsync on.
So my question is: does anyone else have this problem? Or that is just my drivers/software/etc?
