Doesnt work. Done it yesterday. It refreshed it to some point 400wins but i have 700 wins at the moment

619 wins on your dotabuff account + 51 where none were recorded would leave you at about 670 which is a lot closer to that figure.
My stats show about 30 off either way its just something you have to live with.
Its showing me 119 played for you so I don't see what the issue is. You have to enable stats in the client as well as refresh them here to get the ball rolling.

Well I've played over 1000 games, but on dotabuff , around half of them show up. Also it might have something to do with me changing names since only 3 of the many names I've used shows up.
