there seemed to be a hiccup on west too, when a match was found it locked up at the accept screen and my steam overlay disconnected from steam only. but it looks like it's back up

usually when i search for a match i am able to find a server right away, but today, i couldn't find any server on the us east.
So are the servers down in the US?
EDIT: searching for a game in Europe east/west now, I've been waiting for a server for 3mins lol.
