I find it odd that you are barely above 55% yourself.. And seeing that you lost your last 4 games it's gonna drop eventually.

The hero picks of this guys screams low skill and cowardice, if you are looking for lets say people to support you well....most of the hard supporters and team players you will find have lower win-rates due to them not just playing the heroes that get them stats.
If I was to make a new account and play just Drow undoubtedly my winrate would be through the roof but that would ruin dota2 for me as I play as many heroes as I can and strive to master the ones I am not so good at.
Might I add that what you should be looking for is a 45-55% guy who plays a role as hard/semi support as this seems to be what you are looking for.
look at your score? Good job! You buy lothars against ppl who dont even know dust, sentries and gem exist. Of course you have a KD over 1 every game but I would not call that carrying.
I go random every game, still dont know half the heroes and end up with horrible stats plenty of times and I manage to have higher win% because I know that it takes more than get a few kills on underleveled noobs and getting the shit out with Lothars to win a game.

What blows my mind about this, is the ENTIRE point of DBR was to show that very often, winrate was not consistent with player skill. That is, a player playing frequently with the top 10% of players, might have EXACTLY a 50% winrate, but still be better than a marinara trench player playing with bronze-tier scrubs having a 52% winrate.
Then we have a bunch of scrubs who are like

You barely even have 130 games played and you pick drow, and haven't even tried other heroes... How about you go learn the game, and then come back, Mr. Wannabe carry.
Any decent team can easily shut down drow with dust / sentries / ganks.
Also, as other people mentionned, winrate means nothing. I have a friend with a winrate of 42%, but he only plays hard support and mostly solo queues. Does that mean he's bad? Not really. His team carries just play poorly, but he still does his job, and improves over time.
Inb4 someone says drow is also my 2nd most picked hero, I used to play her when I first got the game last year, but I moved on since then and haven't played her for a very long time.

62 games of drow, 64.52% winrate = 40wins 22 loss for drow, which pretty good i guess.
But if i cut off the games of drow u play, your win-loss is
33-37 which is 47.14% .
Besides, drow cant even be used in captains mode.
Btw im bored so i calculated a little bit more. without BH and drow ur winrate is 30%

+ comparing medusas farming with drow (hero who has nuke + hits 5 units at same time to single unit rightclicker) seems about right

Lets rephrase OP's forum title,
Looking for 3 people who play drow ranger for 65% of their games and have >200 wins.
Most % of %55 play hard carries so you will get a team of people that will either all carry or bitch over mid, I would aim for some team stats (eg. need hard support/semi's, 50%WR or more is a plus but not required.
You are limiting yourself from finding players who will be able to synergize well with your carry (drow) style and who in the end would enable you to get a much higher end winrate.
You really REALLY embarrassed yourself here. Guess you're just as stupid as your name suggests you are... Also: Go learn one or to real heroes ;)
I love how OP does NOT get how winrate does NOT mean anything for skill level, it's not even remotely close unless you always 5man stack.
