I feel your pain. I recently had 12 loses out of 13 in single draft due to this. All pick seem to be more often OK but I still get into teams that can't carry. I am forced to pick support cause they quickly pick carries.. Or if they so have support and no tank, I pick Centaur cause I need to save their sorry arses and get crucial kills for them to progress. Sometimes it still doesn't work...
p.s 60% of them was due to Russians carrying fail
Typical both comments from players with less 50% win rate. I wonder is it always your team's fault. usually when i loose i play like shit. Surprisingly when you did good or you did at least decent you won the match 90% of the time. When you played like shit you lost wow no wonder... its the mmr its not you
to above comment.. My was over 50% and was working hard to keep it. Only few games I played like "shit" and I admit it but 90% of the games I couldn't do anything. Not even a pro could have done anything about it...
yeah, i was above 50 % and i'm trying to get to it now, but it's hard when the teams seem so unbalanced the games i do, play good is the games where my team is actually decent and has completely random a hero they can't play, and trust @ RQM|MonoManes. iv'e had some games i've played really really good, and yet my team mates still fail, just cause im under 50 % doesn't mean it's not the mmr. i know many of players that have the same problem

I'll save u the trouble of wondering, very high/high. It doesn't matter if u r 50% or not as long as u play well. When i started on that acc I lost 3 pub mm matches straight but on the 4th i was promoted to high, 6th was already very high. If u wanna go up on skill bracket u need to play well, not just win.
Ok here's a normal scenario when I solo queue. All pick I always wait to see my team picks hero then wtf I see 4 carries? BH, AM, FV, Trax? Holy shit? so what do we get? Auto stomp. This happens 90% of the time. What's wrong with the players I play with? I usually pick heroes to blend in with my team. So what I do now is queue up with my friends and stomp everyone's asses 80% of the time which is better IMO.
First things first, you can't win every game.
Second, there are matches you'll definitely going to lose no matter what you do.
Now for the lessons :
1. Whichever hero you play on whatever game, don't feed. I recently lost my cool and got 8 deaths but I promise to myself that I won't have more than 10 no matter what.
2. Choose your hero, laning, strategy and communication style wisely. Be very adaptive.

just play better and u will get into a higher bracket, and report whoever u think is a retard, and it will be accepted(unless u r the retard)
ofc from time to time u will face some retard in ur team, but its only like every 10 games once at most, this is the issue in my bracket
Valve only knows how to balance the points but don't know how to balance the enjoyment of each player.

Valve needs to sort this shit out, at least 8/10 of my games solo que theirs a noob or a whole team with noobs. either they random, or pick a hero they can't play, and what do you know we lost. Valve is doing something terribly wrong cause each game i play always feel's one sided straight of the bat theirs know middle ground either you get in a game and your team is good and you stomp the other team or your team is shit and you lose straight away.
