I think you failed 3 times to load.
The first fail is 5 minutes, the 2nd is 15.
Then the third is the max I believe, which can last a whole day.
The counter refreshes every 24 hours.
You probably failed to load once last night.
Afaik, Indian servers are down since 12 hours... Any connection to even SEA via India is not happening...
P.S. This is only in case of India...
I did fail 1 yesterday... but that was because my net finished. Then I played another switching to another network... All fine till then.

Ohh then it could be that one which actually worked(after turning off firewall) was because I found match in Dubai server?
Look if can play any server with ranked and low ping except SEA
though now u r in lp India server will do good

Ok I woke up and was finding a match(the match found sound is as good as coffee) but it didn't connect
Message- after several attempts we couldn't do shit
The server is not responding
15 min suspend

I checked my net which is normal
I checked net for solution... Stop firewall
I tried again after 15 min after stopping firewall and antivirus..
It did work but another player was unable to connect...again next match and this time again the problem and same message
..
Most devastating part is...
The 2nd ban time is increasing
From 12 hr to 12 hr 30 min..
And it's still going on.😥😭😭😭
