I usually mute and carry on talking to him like I don't have him on mute and tell my team that I already muted him

yeah i really do that, 3 or 5 games just for drain our mmr woakwoawkoaw.
i am not really care mmr, only having fun with win the game with the right player.
I tell him I muted him then dont mute him...he just shuts up which is what I wanted in the first place....he then only talks when its needed and I can hear what might actually be useful..if he still talks shit after knowing he is muted then he deserved to lose anyway.
I usually mute most people because they have annoying/don't have anything useful to say.
Nothing tilts me more than some asshole yelling "WTF ARE YOU DOING?!!!!!!!"
I usually tell him before I mute, so he won't tell me to do specific things, like casting forcestaff/glimmer on him, where to de-ward. So the shit talk don't have an actual influence in game.
