yes, steam downloads /installations can be resumed any time. Just make sure to properly close steam.
It's 7.5 gb lol, i got my 1k mmr internet connection
11 am, start the installation
11.30 am, go to my dad's office and didn't turn my pc off
6 pm, went home and my left 4 dead 2 haven't installed yet
But idk why i can't play that game, 2 days straight i play that game, i got so dizzy in just less than 1 hour, unlike dota i can play it for 6 hours straight and nothing happen
make sure steam closed properly as cookie said
if you do the force shutdown through button or shutdown without existing steam first can result in file corruption and either redownloading most of the game or downloading the hole game all over again
had happen to me on dota / tf2 / cs:go before

hi, i bought left for dead 2 and i was wondering if i can still shut down my pc and resume it the next day? I have a limited amount of data per day i.e 2gb, i use around 1 gb on dota and i am planning to use the other 1 gb on the left for dead game installation, completed 2.9gb out of 7.9 and i am super scared what if it restarts?. This is my first time purchasing an item for steam
