To move back to your hero press F1 fast 2 times.
About specific positions and all that you have to configure it, surely someone else can help you with that (imo it won't help you though so don't think about it)
normal way is that^
some ppl might use camera keys and set them on specific places like lanes for fast checking for sunstrike isnt that hard to use just need to find a button and get comfy
Or you could double click your hero portrait to change the camera position to your hero.
You should also bind a key for "show recent event" so you can quickly see the area where someone pings. People will usually ping for Sun Strike. It useful for all heroes tho.

I watched this replay of some 5k Invoker player. He changes his camera position and angles so quickly for sunstriking, scouting etc. He changes back to his hero and a position in like 2 seconds. How do I do this?
