Build is pretty much similar to offlane void
I like rushing maelstrom. Gives you a tool to farm faster, and you're not outputting totally useless damage in chronos.
Basically offlane void, just have much earlier timings since you have to start dealing damage as soon as possible. If you get a really good start in the safelane you can get a midas, you really like attack speed anyways, and it'll give you lvl 3 chrono much faster. At this point you decide whether you complete vlads or push towards a fast diffusal to start dealing damage or rush manta to dispel stuff. It all depends on the enemy lineup and tempo. You can't afford to die so getting an early yasha into manta might not be too bad if the enemy is heavy on silences or has natural orchid builders.
Or you can go for Shadow's build with linkens rush which gives you sustain and some tankiness, also lets you use time walk all the time because regen is huge, makes it so you can react to single target shit instantly if needed and generally makes you more of a quiescence.
Battlefury build isn't really dead, and against some heroes (furion, PL, even terrorblade) it can be decent since you can actually hit a lot of shit in and out of the chrono, but generally if you can go for the single target focus build with diffusal and manta (where even if the target survives it ends up with zero mana) that lets you fight and be feared outside the chrono, as well as split push, do that instead.
Basically, there is no such thing as carry void anymore. The hero got way too many nerfs to stat gain and whatnot.
@RPQ-sama, Thing is, against those heroes, Mjnorill is better anyways.
i do a lot success with BF void (do not flame me pls). BF is not that bad this patch , since there are creeps everywhere

There's no chance in hell Mjollnir is better for killing PL in chrono, but it is good if PL is hitting you. Same with treants. Battlefury lets you clear treants and PL/TB illusions way fasterfaster, and it is much less of a problem if you are hitting the illusion with battlefury than if you are hitting it with a Mjollnir, in which case the illusions only receives damage from magical procs.
Mask of madness is extremely cost efficient on him if you use it well. PLEASE STOP BUYING VLADS ON VOID.
