Jakiro (for a non core) , A/S debuff on towers with new siege + dmg is very strong push potential for a support
according to dotabuff its terrorblade, followed by NP, troll, clinkz, luna, lycan.
meepo obviously is also very good. I used to play with a meepo spammer, he would never join teamfights only split push. enemy team had to commit 2 heros in stalling his push, then the rest of us 4 pushed the other lane. I think I had about 40 games with the dude and 70% winrate, mistly picking AA for myself
what about there is no best?
tb is probably the fastest while in metamorph, he can destroy tier 4 in a second when 6slotted
troll is most efficient with only 1-2 basic items , phaseboots and vlads, but doesnt scale as well into very late game.
luna can clears creeps really fast and doesnt even have to stop attacking the tower
sf does brutal raw dmg early on
lycan with necrobook destroys both buildings and creeps pretty quick
jakori can kill creepwaves with Q and ult while damaging and slowing the towers attack with E. he doenst need items to push.

Brood. You send your spiders to the tower while you cut the wave and the tower melts in seconds. No hero destroys towers faster that early
Late game i like Clinkz since you can backdoor just about anything.
nobody goes book on lycan now, it's shit, there's like 1% of games where u go book on that hero and that is if u stomped and it;s like 15- 20 mins and u just want to end rofl.
Troll scales very well into late game, what are you talking about?
TB is better cus just with meta he does a ton of damage, doesn't need many items. Just manta and level 4 meta and illusions and he wrecks towers.
Troll is good, but his ult buffs who team.
Lycan isn't as good as he used to be since most builds now ignore necro book and his passive was changed so it doesn't give attack speed.
Don't forget drow and clinkz too.
if ur talkinga bout towers only the hero with most potential is tiny
he can probably onehit towers with like deso aghs rapier.

Single heroes like, Trooll, Lycan (Shapeshift), Sniper,Sven (God's Strength mode) DK (Elder Dragon Form),NP.
Id say TB, Troll CK, Luna, Alch. A CK with his ult will destroy a T3/4 tower in 5-6 seconds.which is about the speed of TB. Luna takes about 7-8 same for troll. Jakiro Pushes T1's down like butter but anything else he looks like a Joke compared to those heroes. Alchemist with his MoonShards AC etc... Will destoy a T3 tower in probably 5-6 seconds. a Fully slotted CK or Alch will kill a tower in probably 2 seconds. CK - AC, Heart, BOT/PT, MoonShard, BKB, Satanic, Manta. Alch - MoonShard, AC, Heart, BOT/PT, Manta, BKB, Mjjoliner.
@noobishere137 PL and Naga has just the right and decent damage in tower taking, the thing is both of them will rely on the creep waves to tank the damage instead of themselves,both of them has an escape mechanism, PL doppleganger and Naga's Song, thus this will help them escape when an enemy is approaching
TB IMO. So long as your lineup can keep the pressure in other lanes. Just with treads and dragon lance (and maybe a yasha) you can melt 2 full health towers when you have Metamorphosis on and if no one contests your push.
If u want to kill enemies then push teror blade is the beat hero
but if u like rat dota
nature prophet is the best puaher in the entire gane for this reason
go offlane
get phase drum midas
rush aghs refresher octraine
then just push every lane with ult get 9 treant cancer talent and go for double hp atack treants
u will win if ur team just have a use full carry
and even u can win it ur self by taling their raxes in every fights
