                  How do you train your shoulders without developing the traps? They look so bad on girls. Also regarding tether, how do you shrink the waist besides strengthening the core? Need a corset ah?

                    Uh oh someone has summoned coach Kabir.

                    You can't, shoulders are a very small muscle its hard to isolate them, all movements done for them carry over to traps, chest, back, triceps depending on the movement. Realistically if ur a girl u will not have very big traps even if you train very hard, traps are the most androgenic part of the body, growth of this muscle is highly dictated by testosterone. So don't worry about that.

                    Also your waist shrinks based on your body fat, exercising will actually make it bigger just like any other muscle group it will grow in size, but if you lose body fat it will LOOK less big especially if its muscular.

                      Most people especially men want good traps but it will look bad if it's too huge, while women will not want any traps on their neck.

                      If you are powerlifting, you are building traps. Anyone who deadlifts heavy builds big ass traps. You can 'limit' it some by not doing any trap accessories (and making sure you aren't cheating on lateral raises. 5lbs too heavy and you start heavily recruiting traps and don't realize it unless you're paying attention)

                      And about IO, I don't know wht the fuck you mean.

                        Lmao was joking, you wrote "professional io player" but after seeing the pic I was only interested in fitness questions. Also yeah when doing the lateral ones one needs to be careful not to involve them too much.

                        How does the stomach grow btw? I understand you put mass on and abs and stuff are muscles in the end, but man I hope I won't get that bloated belly bbs have (it's the effect of roids but still). So basically it's either corset or going full marilyn manson and get a couple ribs removed to go from a mesomorph shape to a more hourglass one. Wp genetics

                          Usually if you focus training naturally on your stomach, it will grow good and looks good and is not bloated at all. If you have mesomorph as your body type, it's very easy for you to control your body to get fat or skinny.

                          If you notice some bodybuilders when they are at good body fat (8%) you notice some of them still has noticeable belly, I assume it's because they have been using human growth hormone which cause every tissue in your body to grow including your intestines, thus why the stomach is bloated. Also, it can easily cause hernias which makes it extremely hard to suck the gut in.

                          Hormones make your muscles grow, including the organs in your belly, the heart (can lead to complications) and so on...

                          If you want to be chad like me, just train naturally, it might not the fast but at least it's good for your body.
