Dota wiki states clearly that except for trident, multiple sange-based items' +30% hp regen shouldn't be stacking.
However, the other items amplifying the regen stack additively (Hearth, paladin sword).
Did he have an other regen amplification item ?
If not, the first HH +30% amp still apply on the +20 strength and some maths would be needed.

Its not really about the regen its about the evasion and status resistance, i thought thats fixed too...
They still stack then but multiplicatively (like stacking butterflies).

Edit2: Actually my calculation was right but im lazy to re-explain : he gets 25% + (75% * 25%) = 25%+ 18.75% = 43.75% evasion

Why its too OP? Huskar like any hero has his timings when he is strong after that he is just a hero like any other, Huskar is on the clock and 90% of the time people will pick some greedy pos 1 and fuck up his game completely, theres like less than 1% of games that are really "free win Huskar" games.
Only problem why Huskar is hated is just because you need to persuade randoms to play around him and you need their help to stop him, thats really what people hate, because they cant be stars and they have to relly on other people, but thats not Huskar problem, Huskar is actualy more throwing hero than Tinker in this patch. For him to work your team needs last pick mid but there are more heroes that can use that fact better and with higher winning chance like TA for example.
yeah huskar so easy to play against just pick something like ta get lvl 3 and abandon lane to jungle he cant push or flash farm his ganking is piss poor aswell so u just ignore him and do his things while u farm up urself and then just rape him

Huskar is 100% balanced in good hands (not the huskars that proceed to chain suicide).
About the TA matchup, if the huskar has dusts im not even sure you can outkite the dude with traps.
Luckily he doesn't have a tool until aghs to interrupt tps.
