Is everyone being ironic here? BF is typically too slow, and gives no real early damage in the chrono. Sure, the CDR and backtrack make you hard to kill late game, allowing you to constantly fight. But simply not dying doesn't win you games.
The build (or something similar) is fine for real games if you have space. I go treads two wb bfury manta -> what is needed (usually butter/bkb). If you do this right you hit a sick timing with butter backtrack talent at around 30 mins and you are unkillable+do crazy dps. I stole the build from Illidan, it is definitely legit, at least for pubs.

Tried it with either treads or phaseboots. Legit build. But I go 3wb treads/phase then madness into battlefury then daedalus then mkb/bkb butterfly. Ez

Talents are str into cdr on timewalk. Then u should get the attack speed talent instead of the shitty range talent. And when u reach lvl 25 u can get backtrack. U basically don’t even need your chrono to win games it’s so good.
