Nothing, when some hero drops in pick rate his winrate increases because it will still be played by people who are very good with it.
Abandon has good winrate, elder titan, undying, but you see these heroes once in a blue moon. Because they are played by the people who are good with then abd know when to draft them.
Because he was a bonus hero 7 days ago. That's pretty obvious from the graph. His WR is still high today, but 2-3% fluctuation is not rare for such a barely picked hero.
Everytime a hero's winrate changes to drastically, its all about it being a bonus hero. People randomed meepo, fed, etc, but most % of meepo players are actually spammers or just guys that really really love teh hero..

Been trying to spam him in my 3k SEA pubs and wondering if its even worth a try. have around 400++ games with this hero and im feeling pretty comfortable.
